Viewing Assistants – Southampton, Alton, Farnham, Romsey, Alresford locations

Saturdays: 9am-4pm

Weekdays: 8.30am-6:00pm

Charters Estate Agents are recruiting for a number of Viewing Assistants across our regions in Hampshire and Surrey. This imperative role supports the Sales and Letting teams with conduction viewings. You will enjoy interacting with people and have exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct viewings in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Familiarise yourself with the property credentials ahead of the viewings
Attend team meetings

Requirements:

Essential that you drive and have your own car
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and efficient
Demonstrate excellent time keeping
Immaculately presented and professional manner

Working every Saturday would be ideal, but alternate Saturdays would be considered as well as days throughout the week.
