Having started his agency career in 2003, Kevin has always worked and resided in the Southampton area, running his own successful business in Bitterne before overseeing the Sales division of a large Franchise business across the whole of Southampton and as a result has an exceptional understanding of the local area and the market.. He is a well regarded estate agent with impeccable attention to detail and presentation which has earned him an exceptional reputation amongst fellow professionals. Kevin assists in the smooth running of the successful Southampton office of Charters and is also one of the lead valuers for the operation.

Rosie has been a part of the Charters team for nearly three years, with experience in both sales and lettings. Grace is a key member of the Charters team and her warmth and approachability means she builds client relationships from the very beginning of their home moving journey.
Ned has always wanted to be an estate agent and his enthusiasm is always evident as his clients regularly comment on his happy nature and willingness to go the extra mile. Coming from a large very close family he is constantly keen to converse with everyone he comes into contact with and has a great desire to build lasting relationships with clients. Although chirpy, his rugby enthusiasm and competitive mature means he always wants to be at the top of the league tables.
Sophie is a sales manager with eight years of experience in customer-facing roles. She has exceptional customer service skills and is driven and highly motivated, always going above and beyond to meet her clients' needs and exceeding their expectations. With her positive attitude and dedication to her work, Sophie is a valuable asset to our sales team.
Ella’s background is from a competitive equestrian career which requires a determination to succeed, good time management and an all-weather enthusiasm, all of which she displays in her estate agency career. She is welcoming, easy to talk to and totally disarming, receiving so much praise from her clients for her lovey character`. Being a local lady, her area knowledge is sound and she is so appreciated amongst her colleagues for her willingness to help.
Samuel’s journey began in the property construction management industry at the age of 17 and he has previously worked with a private landlord managing all his development projects from managing the build to the subsequent property management of the let apartments. This is where Samuel discovered his passion for property management and love for helping tenants and landlords. Gemma oversees the experienced Charters Sales Progression team. Sales Progression provides our homeowners with a consistent line of communication with the legal process once they have agreed an offer on their property. This award-winning team ensures a smooth transition into exchange and completion. Gemma's property experience and knowledge of the business is invaluable when managing this crucial department within Charters.
Stephen started his career in estate agency 30 years ago, after studying and completing the ISVA (surveying ) examinations. He has experience in all aspects of Estate Agency and has specialised in sales progression for many years. Stephen is passionate about offering exceptional customer service and enjoys assisting both sellers and buyers achieve their goals in the what can be a challenging process.
Gwen is our extremely patient, empathetic and methodical sales progressor. With a very responsible position, she manages to regularly update all clients of events throughout the process. Having enjoyed experience in the international property market, Gwen returned to the UK in 2014 and currently resides in Wellow.
Kayleigh has a varied background in residential property; experienced in both sales and lettings for individuals and companies. She brings specialist knowledge; due to previously working in real estate law, managing bespoke sites and large-scale developments. Kayleigh is passionate about all things swimming, having competed in top-level competitions. Her commitment to the locals continues, even outside of work, running a swim school for adults and children.
George has a wealth of knowledge within the property industry across a large swathe of the South Coast which has been cultured over a successful 22 year career. Previously Head of Savills New Homes Dorset, his wealth of knowledge within the property industry across the South has proven invaluable. Before Savills, George was Head of New Homes Countrywide for Hampshire. He is an expert in all aspects of new homes sales and marketing, utilising our strong branch network of successful offices to sell new homes quickly and efficiently.
