Charters has won three major awards at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2021-2022. Charters now has 40 high-profile accolades to its name.
The awards event, which was sponsored by PA Wood Rolls-Royce Motor Cars saw Charters win awards in three key categories: Real Estate Agency 5-20 Offices, for the South East, Real Estate Agency Marketing, for the South East and Real Estate Agency website, for the UK.
Charters has now been entered onto a shortlist to be crowned best estate agent in the United Kingdom. The winner will be revealed at an Awards presentation Dinner at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 29th October.
‘We’re delighted to have achieved so much in this year’s United Kingdom Property Awards,’ commented Rob Mott, Chairman of Charters. ‘It’s been a hugely challenging year that’s seen our teams adapt to new ways of working whilst navigating one of the most extraordinary periods our industry has ever faced. We emerged from the national lockdowns to an unrelenting demand for property, a shortage of stock and values that have risen exponentially over the past year. Managing the expectations and transactions for our customers has been critical to our achievements this year and, more importantly, to the huge numbers of successful moves we’ve played a part in.
‘Along the way we’ve enjoyed consistent growth crowned by two exciting acquisitions and, thanks to a proactive recruitment strategy, we’ve seen our headcount rise to over 90. As we approach 2022, the future for Charters is certainly looking very positive.’
