Charters would like to make everyone aware of a number of revised operational details, as sensible precautionary steps are taken to help ensure the safety of its staff, customers and clients in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
The UK government’s advice has evolved rapidly over the weekend and in line with the latest guidance, we have decided to close our offices temporarily and move to remote working across our sales and lettings team with immediate effect. This means that we are still operational and open for business, but not from our usual place.
Whatever your circumstance may be – if you are midway through a move, just thinking about it or simply need a steer on what to do, we would be delighted to speak with you. We are a market leading estate agency with a wealth of local property market experience. Ask us, we’re here to help.
Appointments can currently be covered and to arrange one please contact the appropriate branch or department. All branches are still contactable on the main telephone numbers, listed in the black footer section on every page of Charters website. Employees from our centralised head office departments have been working from home for over a week and it has proven to be a seamless transition.
These head office departments are also still contactable through the normal telephone numbers and email addresses listed on Charters website. These measures will better enable us to achieve the social distancing that health authorities believe is so critical to slowing COVID-19’s spread.
This website and our social media channels will still be showcasing some wonderful properties for sale, to let and new homes developments across our network of offices. These social channels are open 24/7 for you to browse beautiful properties across our region.
COVID-19 has presented extraordinary challenges that were hard to imagine a few months ago. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to maintain a level of service you have come to expect from Charters. We will continue to update you as the situation evolves. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
