Your rent will typically be collected on a monthly basis, either by direct debit or standing order. We’ll provide you with clear details on how to set up payments when you sign your tenancy agreement to ensure a smooth and straightforward process.
Your deposit will be securely protected in a tenancy deposit scheme. At the end of your tenancy your deposit will be returned to you, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid rent, as outlined in your tenancy agreement. A detailed check-out inspection will be conducted and any issues will be discussed before finalising the return of your deposit.
When moving out, we ask that you leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. This includes cleaning all rooms, surfaces and appliances, as well as ensuring there is no rubbish left behind. You should also make sure that carpets, floors and windows are cleaned to a reasonable standard. A check-out inspection will be carried out and any cleaning issues will be addressed, with potential deductions from your deposit if necessary.
