03.10.2022, Southampton, UK: The Charters Group, the leading south east estate agency and property services company, has announced the appointment of Phil Holden as Chief Financial Officer.
Phil has extensive experience leading finance departments across a number of sectors, including his own firm and a lengthy career as Finance Director at Arthur J. Gallagher, the global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting organisation.
Since joining Charters, Phil has worked closely with his new finance department to enhance its reporting, flow of data, insights to the management team and to support the Group’s financial operations efficiently and strategically.
‘I’m excited to be joining the Charters Group,’ Phil commented. ‘I’ve long been impressed with the brand and watched with interest how it has grown over the years. I’ve now had the opportunity to visit all the branches in the Charters network and have been impressed with the teams’ energy, professionalism and dedication. Rob Mott, Chairman of Charters agreed Phil’s appointment and his financial and management expertise will bolster the company’s opportunities for growth.
