Our third party referencing company will do a thorough check on the tenant including - details of guarantor (if required), employment, address history, references from employers and previous landlords and three months worth of bank statements.
If you're self-employed we will ask for your previous years tax return and/or a letter from your accountant. Finally, all potential tenants will undergo checks for any adverse credit.
