The Southern Landlord Show will be held on Wednesday 29th March, between 2pm – 6pm, at Charters prestigious Southampton showroom at Stag Gates on The Avenue. Entry is free and exclusive to landlords whether they have an established portfolio or are thinking about renting a property for the first time.
This is the second year the event will take place and this year, Dutton Gregory will be on hand to provide legal advice while Menzies will have an experienced team to talk about taxation and accounting for landlords. Goodlord, the Rent Guarantee specialists will be present to talk to about topics including how to protect landlords from a loss of income.
They will be joined by buy-to-let mortgage specialists Mortgage Decisions and Nichecom the EPC experts at a time when these regulations are changing significantly, along with teams from Charters Lettings branches who will all be available throughout the event to give expert advice on all aspects of residential property rental.
There will be short informative seminars available for landlords to attend and Mortgage Decisions are offering free financial heath checks on the day. Booking these beforehand is imperative and will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
With a forever-changing lettings landscape, it’s the perfect time for landlords with existing properties and those who are considering entering the rental market to discover how to manage their portfolios more efficiently to optimise their returns and give their tenants a better lettings experience.
