His detailed local knowledge has assisted in establishing his credentials as one of the key members of the original Charles Powell organisation which was acquired by Charters and he has a well regarded reputation for considerate customer care. Paul lives locally with his wife and three children and enjoys being part of his local community.
Kerry has invaluable experience in the property industry, including a previous role with a large corporate chain that involved selling a wide range of properties across Southampton. Her calm and reassuring persona has proved particularly pleasing to our clients, who thoroughly enjoy liaising with her. Kerry lives in a home designed and constructed by her and her husband, Richard, along with their two children, Lewis and Max.
Dan is a true Romsonian, having lived all his life in the area, been schooled locally, and played every sport imaginable for several local teams. His sporting, competitive nature shows in his determination to be successful, as his true passion (outside of sport) is property, and he has achieved so much in a short space of time. His obvious local knowledge is a huge asset but his love of the industry is always apparent and the office receives so many compliments about his polite enthusiasm. He is versatile as well as able to take on challenges through new things and he has even attained a level 2 skiing instructor status! Naturally, he is passionate about Romsey.

Fiona is the Head of New Homes and coordinates her team from the Head Office. In addition to building and developing relationships with established and new clients, Fiona continues to seek out new opportunities, adding to our impressive new homes portfolio. Fiona forges genuine relationships across all her clients spanning both National and Regional clients, whether it be a single plot development or an entirely new village creation.
George has a wealth of knowledge within the property industry across a large swathe of the South Coast which has been cultured over a successful 22 year career. Previously Head of Savills New Homes Dorset, his wealth of knowledge within the property industry across the South has proven invaluable. Before Savills, George was Head of New Homes Countrywide for Hampshire. He is an expert in all aspects of new home sales and marketing, utilising our strong branch network of successful offices to sell new homes quickly and efficiently.
As Head of our Administration team, Katie is responsible for the smooth running of the estate agency operation by providing valuable admin support to the branch network. Her qualities in organisation, time management and acute attention to detail are a fitting match to the skills required in her very important role. Having spent the last 10 years in estate agency administration, her knowledge in this field is invaluable and she is the constant source of much positive testimony from our clients.
Lisa is an office administrator within the Romsey branch. She also provides administrative support to the Charters Land & New Homes and Commercial teams. With excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, plus over 20 years experience across independent estate agencies in a variety of roles, Lisa's knowledge and expertise is invaluable. As a local resident for over 25 years, Lisa also has a great deal of geographical knowledge too.
