Phil is a welcome addition to the Charters Group Board, bringing with him extensive experience leading finance departments across a number of sectors, including his own firm and a lengthy career as Finance Director at Arthur J. Gallagher, the global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting organisation.
Phil oversees the finance department to enhance its reporting, flow of data, insights to the management team and to support the Group’s financial operations efficiently and strategically. He brings a superb CV and exceptional experience that will benefit our Group activities.
