Jon is part of the Commercial team based in Chandlers Ford. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and previously worked in our Winchester branch as a Sales Manager. David Gover MARLA
David’s property sector experience began in 2011 when he joined Ford Property Services as a company accountant. The company was taken over by Countrywide shortly after and David took up a Property Manager’s role later in the year, until 2016. David then joined Tenant Network in February 2016 and primarily looked after their HMO student properties. David is an important part of the Lettings Administration and Property Management team.
Lisa Archer
Lisa is an office administrator within the Romsey branch. She also provides administrative support to the Charters Land & New Homes and Commercial teams. With excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, plus over 20 years experience across independent estate agencies in a variety of roles, Lisa’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable. As a local resident for over 25 years, Lisa also has a great deal of geographical knowledge too.

Fiona is the Head of New Homes and coordinates her team from the Head Office. In addition to building and developing relationships with established and new clients, Fiona continues to seek out new opportunities, adding to our impressive new homes portfolio.
