Starting his career in 2006, Nick has worked for both independent and corporate estate agencies, winning many company awards across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. He is a very focussed and organised individual, who constantly provides a high level of customer service. He began his Charters career in the market-leading Winchester branch as an Associate Valuation Manager and has been promoted to Branch Partner in Farnham.
Cheryl Pickett (MARLA)
Cheryl started her career in lettings in 2008 and has worked throughout Hampshire managing portfolios in both rural and more urban settings. In 2012 she moved to London to progress her career further and completed her ARLA qualification, while working for agents in the Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea areas. Amy Steele
Amy is an experienced, passionate property professional who is an integral part of the award-winning Charters team. She also led the Romsey and Chandlers Ford teams in a variety of roles including Branch Partner and Valuation Manager. Amy was also an integral part of the Sales Progression team ensuring properties moved smoothly through to exchange and completion.
Gwen Van Zyl
Gwen is our extremely patient, empathetic and methodical sales progressor. With a very responsible position, she manages to regularly update all clients of events throughout the process. Having enjoyed experience in the international property market, Gwen returned to the UK in 2014 and currently resides in Wellow.
Paul Mason
Paul is a vital part of Charters Romsey team who has a career in estate agency spanning 20 years. His detailed local knowledge has assisted in establishing his credentials as one of the key members of the original Charles Powell organisation which was acquired by Charters and he has a well regarded reputation for considerate customer care. Lisa has worked within the property sector for several years, including time spent in the new homes arena and in Operations undertaking project work. Lisa has many years of customer service experience and she has a calm and methodical approach – a perfect fit for the sales progression team.
Jonny Gray
Jonny is a Lettings Manager with an excellent level of experience both in the residential sales market in Romsey, Chandlers Ford, Winchester and the surrounding area, as well as the New Homes sector. Grace Leamon
Grace is an experienced sales manager who grew up in Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford. As well as knowing these areas well, Grace is also very knowledgeable on Southampton and its surrounding area. Although a tender age she has been in estate agency since the age of 16 and her wealth of experience spans across sales, lettings and administration. Frankie Cole
Frankie has had a varied career which includes time as a footballer for Charlton Athletic and Gillingham. He also spent time in Spain setting up soccer schools. Frankie was a property trader in Gibraltar. worked for Investment Banks including UBS and has since transferred his skills to the retail mortgage market and is now a protection expert. David Doherty
David has vast experience as an independent financial adviser dating back to October 2004 when mortgages became regulated by the FSA. David has provided advice since on Mortgages, protection and home insurance. and he now specialises in mortgages and protection in his home town area of Park Gate.
