Julie Reddin
Julie has vast experience as an independent financial advisor and senior financial consultant where she has advised on investments, protection and savings, pensions, protection and mortgages. Julie now specialises in mortgages and protection in our Winchester branch and is born and bred in the area. She also owned a restaurant, café and bar on the beach in Bournemouth! Both Julie’s parents were born in Winchester, her mother was also Christened in Winchester
Rebecca Chapman
Rebecca’s warm personality, property experience and determination mean she is well-received within the branch and by her clients. Rebecca is well organised and passionate when it comes to property and is instrumental in making all our clients aware of our available properties as they come to the market.
David Gover MARLA
David’s property sector experience began in 2011 when he joined Ford Property Services as company accountant. The company was taken over by Countrywide shortly after and David took up a Property Manager’s role later in the year, until 2016. David then joined Tenant Network in February 2016 and primarily looked after their HMO student properties. David is an important part of the Lettings Administration and Property Management team.
Lisa Archer
Lisa is an office administrator within the Romsey branch. She also provides administrative support to the Charters Land & New Homes and Commercial teams. With excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, plus over 20 years experience across independent estate agencies in a variety of roles, Lisa’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable. As a local resident for over 25 years, Lisa also has a great deal of geographical knowledge too.
Fiona Light
Fiona is Head of New Homes and coordinates her team from Head Office. As well as building and developing relationships with established and new clients, Fiona continues to seek out new opportunities, adding to our impressive new homes portfolio. Fiona forges genuine relationships across all her clients spanning both National and Regional clients, whether it be a single plot development or an entirely new village creation.
Simon Comber
Simon has a wealth of marketing experience across the architectural sector, luxury retirement community operators and estate agencies in Hampshire and prime central London. Simon has many years’ experience and exceptional local area knowledge. His understanding of traditional and modern marketing channels means he can tailor the service and continue to build on the established brand.
Suzanne Diamond (MARLA)
Suzanne has had an illustrious career within lettings spanning over two decades within both corporate and independent businesses. This has allowed her to identify the strengths and weaknesses in both business types and to introduce a business structure amalgamating the positives. She has an in-depth understanding of all of her teams’ roles and the challenges faced within the industry. Suzanne has substantial experience in new start up offices and acquisitions
